Working as a senior member of the team, you’ll be helping to steer the organisation through a crucial period of growth and transition. You will be a successful fundraiser, a strategic thinker, a passionate enabler and a highly organised operations manager, supporting our creative team to deliver high-quality projects and arts programming for marginalised young people.
